Any applicant or household living in one of these essential residences can earn up to the following annual incomes. Income Restrictions will adjust based on number of household occupants as shown:

  • 3-person home may earn no more than $39,150 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $43,450 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $46,950 annually
  • 6-person home may earn no more than $50,450 annually

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $48,720 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $55,680 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $62,640 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $69,520 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $75,120 annually
  • 6-person home may earn no more than $80,720 annually

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

  • Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
  • Income Verification Items
  • Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
  • Two years of Resident or Rental Verification, if applicable
